Clients frequently want to know what to expect in the way of attorney’s fees. After I have consulted with a client regarding the nature of their legal issue, I will devise an action plan and indicate what the client can expect to pay for those services. The amount of the fee ultimately depends on the complexity of the case. However, there should be no surprises as to what that will be as the client and I agree in advance as to what specific services I will perform for them in exchange for what compensation. Clients are provided a monthly accounting of all time spent on their case. I offer a variety of payment options with the exact arrangement tailored to each client’s individual situation.
